About Migwani Community

Migwani Community (MCC) is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) based in Migwani, Mwingi Sub-County, Kitui County, Kenya. Founded in 2018 and formally registered in 2025, MCC is driven by the mission “to get someone to achieve their full potential.” The organization empowers youth, women, and the wider community through education, mentorship, and sustainable development. We nurture young talent through sports and education sponsorships, support widows and mothers with access to maternal care and business skills, and promote environmental stewardship across Migwani.

We believe that real change starts at the community level. Through projects such as tree planting, borehole drilling, and drug abuse prevention, we are building a stronger, healthier, and more resilient society. Guided by integrity, inclusivity, and accountability, Migwani Community continues to transform lives — one project, one family, and one community at a time.

Youth Empowerment
